"Been going here for almost 20 years and I recently received the worst treatment, I have ever received from a provider by Cynthia Ozawa. Did not solve my issue, gave incorrect meds and offered no assistance to a patient that had issues breathing."

"They never seemed to actually care about me when I visited. I only realized this after being forced to leave their practice after my insurance changed. How assed checkups, never really seeming to want to get to the bottom of things. And now that I'm at new practice, I've been getting billed by them non-stop. I've gotten 6 different "past due" bills from them even though this is the first time I've heard of it. I had to find out through quest diagnostics today that I had another one. The place I go to now has pretty bad customer service in the front too, but at least their doctors seem competent."
