"This happened, on march 20th, at10am so… This is the first and worst legal aid service. I have requested from the legal aid of Ontario for a case number. so it took me a month to get an appointment. so when I arrived to the appointment, I have lost my my phone, I could not afford more time to look for it, because i don't want to miss or to be late for my appointment. SO when i got there, i waited for the lawyer. she come, she was like place come in, after a topical welcoming. She said if I cannot understand her English she will go slowly, if I cant understand your English. really what?? Even if i don’t understand English even if i cant speak, you cant just assume that, and telling people that. she just said whar, thats all what was in my mind at that time. For the record i speak 4 different languages. Anyway, I sited, when I started to talk she left her hand then point to me as to tell to stop, without even looking at me. In my mind, i was shocked the way she did that. like I am not a kid i am in my 30s, so simple she can ask me to just wait before we start to discussing anything. then in my mind, i was like OK! Maybe she does not mean it, and she is not having a good day, so I ignored it and i tired to be calm as to the end. I have a lawyer ticket number from the governments of Canada, which she should of taking it from her workmates because i gave it to her workmate at the front desk. so basically the would know since I have that ticket number that is from the governments so it should not be with them anyway. only the housing part. I do not even know way the tell me to book appointment with them if they know that the do not handle the tickets like that only my housing ticket, which they can. that would save me a month for wait time and it will save to solve my problem faster. matter fact no they book appointment with you, they make you come for no reason, when arrive, you cant fully explaining yourself. because you cant spoke unless you are spoken too, that how just a small part of my meeting with the lawyer experience and how it went. not fully but that is part of it, the lawyer most change her audience because giving me the hand like that to tell me to stop to talking. i am writing this so for all those whom going to check google for legal aid well see how this location is treating their customers. and before, i leave she said i cant help you, if i keep helping people like you, I will not get out of here until late, my work never done. when she said that i had already a induction that she is not going to help me, and when i hear her to say that, i realize how bad the our life is, i don't blame her for her actions, I blame the government."
