"I’m truly thankful to the Community Legal Clinic - Central Alberta for their outstanding service. Special thanks to Raj, the immigration consultant, who was incredibly professional, patient, and supportive. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident throughout the process. I really appreciate the care and attention they give to their clients. Highly recommended!"

"This Legal Clinic was so helpful with our dispute with our landlord. Crystal was able to explain the whole process and helped with filing everything correctly. We are extremely appreciative of all her hard work! Would recommend their clinic for great advice!"

"Melanie was SO helpful with my matter. Not only did she empower ME, but stepped in and helped when I felt unsure or uncomfortable. How can I give anything less than 5 stars when I contacted on Thursday of a long weekend, and by Monday we were waiting on my slow as molasses landlord. I will definitely be seeking help from Melanie again should I ever need it, and will be directing all I know who needs help to seek it from here. Thank you again Melanie! My kid and I are sleeping so much sounder. ❤️"

"I am extremely disappointed with services received. Melanie had all this energy and supports that she suggested yet did not follow through. I noticed her tone change as soon as she spoke with the landlord and did not advocate or speak up like she said she would. I lived in a place for 5 years and tried so hard to be treated with decency in my condo/apartment. The people upstairs were extremely loud at times and nothing was done. I was told to be quiet and not make noise yet endure the noise from above. When I worked nights nothing changed. I was bullied out of the apartment and told by Melanie that was it. Yet when we started to speak she had ideas to assist and followed through with nothing, she did not speak up when she said she would and basically left me. I felt when that she was working for the landlord and she was promoting a particular management company like she is working for them. When my mother came with an issue it took a month for resolution that should have taken a week. Again she did not advocate for that situation either. I strongly feel that this resource is more for the landlord and not for the tenant. It seems that bullies are also recruited in the resources that we are so blindly expected to trust."
