"Have a hearing tomorrow and was connected to Holly Chu. I found her to be extremely confrontational and constantly assuming what I’m going to say. She’d then cut off aggressively “can I finish!?” In a very condescending tone. I’ve never encountered such an ego. She obviously has no time to serve the community she was assigned to. You need compassionate, strong voices. Not railroaders."

"If there could be zero stars, that’s what it would be never like every other review in here states never have I ever been spoken to so disgustingly rude by Donna the receptionist, and then the legal aid officer was there just for support for my daughter for a landlord tenant issue that the city of Orillia Had recommended to go to As she has terrible mould in her townhouse and we had a mould inspection done and it is a very dangerous type of mould city of Orillia came and has issued an order for the landlord, but doesn’t help my daughter and my grandchildren because they have to get out of there before their lease is up for this to be cleaned up went there and they made her and essentially me feel that this was our fault. It was just horrible like horrible I’ve never ever I own three businesses in this town ever this is the most disgusting behavior. I’m not quite sure who they think they are? That they are better than anybody else horrible. This needs to be addressed to every single person in this town. How absolutely above everybody they believe that they are they believe that they’re entitled for some reason and the air of arrogance and disrespect that they show every single person that walks into that door is absurd save your time and your energy so that you don’t get angry and go somewhere else."

"I think I have enough “experience “ with this clinic to say that yes reception is absolutely rude and miserable sounding , the reviews are correct. I had to seek legal advice recently and on a few occasions. I’ve had only one decent experience with this legal team. The paralegal asked me what my living situation was and I am on ODSP living with a spouse now just recently this month. She asks me what his income is , I say “I don’t know all those details yet he doesn’t share that information with me. I just moved in there so I can give you a general guess if you need one. Out of no where she says “It is your obligation to report you are living with a spouse and she has legal obligations to tell me this! And the way she said it was with accusation. ok first off that has nothing to do with the issue at hand completely irrelevant to what we were discussing , second thing she basically accuses me of being dishonest about my income situation right off the hop. Are you serious who do you think you are lady?!? Then when tell this lady that my ODSP worker was the one who suggested I seek legal council and knows pretty much EVERY detail about my situation knows my living situation , told me to contact my local MP and several other outlets for help . Well all of a sudden she doesn’t care anymore? (Words out of her mouth) I go to say something about my worker being up to speed on the matter and she rudely interrupts me with I don’t care ! You don’t care now? Hum well sure seems like you cared 2 minutes ago! I could hear the annoyance in her voice when I couldn’t locate a document fast enough for her and then she gave me advice to tell the tribunal . I was looked at like I was a simpleton deer in headlights when I simply repeated word for word what she instructed me too say it was totally embarrassing. I have emails where they treat me like I’m 5 years old with a brain injury, it is pretty pathetic.. I will warn you these people for the most part are pushy, impatient and rude and do not offer proper advice they do not genuinely care about your situation. I’ve been treated like I’m a complete moron several times now. This is my honest opinion based on 4 people I’ve had the displeasure of speaking/dealing with. I would have been better off asking my dog for legal advice. Do yourself a favour and try to get help else where."
