"CAP is a great program filled with many free resources available to those who qualify. The staff here and at the headstart location are very friendly and welcoming, and offer a variety of support for both children and their families. However, as a former employee, working here is a different story. Staff shortages have been an increasing problem in the recent years, especially at the school. And the management here needs improvement with how they handle staff related issues. Terminations here don’t always come with much warning either. So while CAP is a great program in itself, employees could use some more support."

"Worker named Tia doesn't seem to be very organized or know how to communicate efficiently. I made an appt, had to wait 5 days. Then the day of appt i get turned away n rescheduled. Turns out not only was she not at work the entire week of the appt, but failed to put the appt in her calendar so anyone else could fill in for her."
