"I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law office. They essentially walked away from my case days before my trial, leaving me without representation due to their inability to trial prep in a timely, flexible, or effective manner. Despite my multiple attempts over weeks to schedule a date for trial prep, I was met with aggression today. Over my availability of three weeks (the week of August 4th, 11th, 18th) I provided their office my availability. I begged them to schedule trial prep during one of those weeks. They were inflexible and only offered one date and time. Then I was offered written preparation to trial. You read that right. WRITTEN TRIAL PREP. No time for me to ask questions, consider strategies, or even feel confident walking into a courtroom. Who wants to go into trial with only written prep, without talking to the attorney? I informed their office several times of my learning disabilities that make verbal communication more effective, I was ignored and fired after being lied on saying I threatened to sue them. Below is an email to their office right before I was terminated as a client. Does this sound like I was the aggressor or that I needed help and was seeking answers? Do NOT choose them if you prefer to talk to a human or if you need questions answered about your case that you paid them to represent you for. This experience was unprofessional and unethical, and I feel like I was just taken advantage of. I would not recommend them to anyone."
