"Clifford is an excellent attorney who worked aggressively and tirelessly over the course of a year to and put me in a position for my criminal case to be completely dismissed. I was charged with a second-degree aggravated assault offense and facing between 5 and 10 years in state prison subject to 85 % parole ineligibility under NERA and Mr. Lazzaro was able to negotiate Pre Trial Intervention (PTI) conditioned upon a reduced amended plea to a charge of third degree assault by auto. He avoided me having to serve a state prison sentence. My case will be dismissed upon completion of the PTI program."
