I am a divorce lawyer and family law lawyer, who has practiced law since 1984. I founded the Family Law Offices of Cindy S. Vova in 1992 with the two-fold objective of providing superior representation to my clients and delivering the personal attention that each client deserves.As a family law attorney, I not only handle high net worth divorces, but also draft prenuptial and post nuptial agreements, handle same sex divorces, timesharing and relocation issues, paternity, property division (equitable distribution) and modifications of alimony and child support. I have also been a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator since 1998, and have successfully mediated hundreds of cases. I bring compassionate dedication to all of my clients, and provides dignity to the divorce process. My greatest passion is encouraging my clients to “take the high road,” particularly when children are involved. Once your case is over, you must still co-parent, and the less adversity that family law attorneys bring to the process, the greater the chance that children will still enjoy the love and devotion of both parents without having to choose. I am a divorce lawyer near you as I have offices in Central Broward and Boca Raton, and I am also available by Zoom and can schedule a time convenient for you. During my career I have lectured to other professionals and law students on family law, been court appointed as a guardian ad litem in cases with contested child issues, and served on numerous committees of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. I am currently on the Professionalism Committee of the Broward Bar Association, a member of the Women's Executive Counsel of the Jewish Federation and a godparent with JAFCO. I have been married for nearly 30 years, and I have two adult children, an attorney and an analyst, as well as an 18 year old fur baby cat. I am living proof there is life after divorce!
