"I am on the search for a new apartment, and I have been dealing with Andrea and Mitchell Wagon Lofts. The communication is TERRIBLE. I have gotten a hold of her ONE time and was able to set an appointment up to see the unit and fill out an application. Prior to finally getting an appointment, it was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone. I tried emails, phone calls, left countless voicemails and nothing. Then finally see the unit, and start the application and a question came up about my income so she had to reach out to their compliance team. I did not hear anything back until I emailed 2-3 times over a week. I was told the income question was answered and we could start the application process again. Now I have emailed Andrea COUNTLESS times since then and still have not received a response or anything from anyone. Still haven’t been able to go in and complete the application and still haven’t heard back. This is terrible management especially for a leasing company. Don’t you want people to rent? I am no longer interested, and just want people to be aware of the terrible, nonexistent communication."

"Loud and no amenities. I have 1 fob for apt used between 2 people. I am awake every day at 230am thanks to my upstairs neighbors slamming stuff, every single night. Multiple police reports and n them now. If you like EVERY entrance reeking of animal waste, perfect. They let the worst people in here and let them do whatever. So, it is loud and likely not safe in here. Parking is a mess. So many people who don't live here park in our lot, especially the fire lanes. The place leaves me feeling disgusted. We've cleaned the elevator ourselves because cleaners wouldn't do a decent deep clean. The apartment had a lot wrong when I moved in. I fix things so I took care of it all myself, but I had leaky sinks and a dryer not connected. I'm trying to break lease and leave, the manager refuses to answer questions. Has an attitude over everything. All I want to do is put in my notice and leave the right way. Now I have to hire a lawyer to go through my lease and find a way to break it."
