"I would gladly give 5 stars to the doctors and nurses—they are excellent, professional, and caring. However, for (Maria), one of the receptionists, I would give none. She shows no empathy, seems unhappy with her job, and acts unprofessional and rude. Because of her, I feel uncomfortable continuing to visit this clinic. Thankfully, I haven’t had to see her lately, and I hope she no longer works there. People with such a poor attitude and lack of customer service skills should not be in positions that deal directly with patients."

"Edit: Look Below Waited for an hour to do a basic urine test for a job. When they called my name (there is a check-in stand), they notified me that the attendant was only going to do appointment based testing. Would have been great if you guys had a sign that said that or maybe put that up on your website. I was holding bodily fluid for more than an hour to do this. I'm beyond irate. Edit: Came back with an appointment. Was quick and easy."

"Repair call out service is a scam . Ordered service at home for central vacuum cleaner. 2 repair guys showed up, they went downstairs and without doing anything they proclaimed that the motor is done. Then they tried to sell me a new vac for $1000. I refused then they said that they will charge me a service for doing nothing. $235 for less that 2 minutes of looking. Do not recommend it’s a total scam."

"The most knowlegable, professional staff anywhere and their customer service is exemplary. They did a tremendous job repairing my beloved Miele and helping me purchase a Sebo for my son's new home. They could not have been more helpful and exceeded my expectations for both the repair and sale of a new vacumn. They have earned my trust and all my future business. An outstanding vacuum center."

"Please if you can avoid this location do it at all cost. This is the worst place for you to do anything related to your health, drug test or anything. I don’t know anything about other locations of labcorp but if you need a drug test for pre employment or anything AVOID ARLINGTON HEIGHTS location. I pray for this place to close because even with an appointment the inefficiency of its employees it’s absurd, starting with the mustache guy at the front. The way he disregard the customer it’s so infuriating, insulting."

"Facility has a reputation for enabling teams to cheat by knowingly allowing individual players to compete out of players age group (older) to play (younger) kids. For example U-14 playing in U12 group, or U-12 playing U-10 etc. Facility has no integrity for Youth Sport. When the attention was brought to the manager Jesus, his remark was “I make the decision around here, if you don’t like it you can go elsewhere” he said it in Spanish. I encourage parents to not support a business who does not have a back bone to do what’s right."

"WARNING / DISCLAIMER: The physician we dealt with was absolutely wonderful, everything you hope for in a physician related to your child’s health issues. This review is a “first-hand” experience with the front office staff-(Maria). HORRIBLE is an understatement, no social skills whatsoever, no ability (or inability) to assist patients with administrative issues. Tried to cancel our appointment due to an administrative issue and unwilling to think outside the box to resolve the issue and extremely condescending. As someone with 35 years experience, I’ve never dealt with a more unpleasant person, just reading from a script and not possessing the slightest bit of empathy, understanding and willingness to help. She has no business dealing with anyone directly and anyone utilizing this office should prepare for a first-class disappointment with the front office staff! She is a by-product of the lack of leadership, professionalism and management of this office. AVOID at all costs!"

"Purchased a vacuum cleaner from this company at a different location years ago abd always had good performance and customer service. Decided to buy again from them to support small business. I purchased a product at their recommendation at a higher price point than I otherwise would have. After several uses the belt broke on a Saturday afternoon. Their location was too far for me to get to before they closed and I was told I could go to a hardware store to buy a similar belt. Unable to do that in spite of multiple bags opened to match size of mine. I called and left a message for a replacement belt to be mailed but never heard back. I later found a belt but the machine began to clog. I took it apart many times to clear the clogs but it soon became clogged again. Finally I went to the store and gentleman (who did not look like a happy camper) said he coukd not explain neither the belt or clogging issue but neither should happen again. That’s a logical assumption but it shouldn’t have happened in the place. It took a lot of time to fix the issues myself before I was having company. I would have at least expected an apology for the inconvenience, a better explanation of why it happened or a solution if it happened again. I was rather surprised when I purchased replacement belts and an accessory abd was charged. Frankly I want small businesses to survive but this experience was frustrating and the customer service was underwhelming."
