"I spoke with Ms McClane and, while she wasn't the attorney I needed, she hung on a call for 5 minutes with me and explained how to get a proper referral through the California bar. So this is a caring person. She didn't ask for a dime and I would have gladly paid $100 or more for the advice. By the way her advice worked out great. So thank you for paying it forward."
