She has been a member of the New Mexico State Bar since 2003, a member of the Unted States District Court in the District of New Mexico since the 2006, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals since 2015. Christin was a state public defender for three years (2003-2006) snd has had her own private practice since 2006. She had a CJA appointment for about 4 years, using her Spanish daily in federal court. Christin speaks Spanish fluently.
