"Today I had contacted Phelps & Associates as they were representing me on a couple of citations. Doug Phelps called me back, and showed his true colors on the phone. If you really want good representation go somewhere else, this firm does not communicate, and you end up paying them money for absolutely no representation, and when you ask exactly what you’re paying for, Doug will tell you that you’re stupid, and yell at you when he is the one in the wrong. Never in a million years would I recommend anyone go here for any traffic offense or any other representation from this firm. Very lazy, and zero communication! Save your time and your money, and continue to keep looking, unless of course you have more time and money than you know what to do with! As of today, Doug Phelps has been fired from anything that has to do with me, what an absolute waste of a so called attorney!"
