Christian is a former Assistant Public Defender with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s office and has represented clients in nearly 1,000 criminal cases. During his time as an Assistant Public Defender, Christian obtained full acquittals at trial for clients on charges ranging from misdemeanors to felonies punishable by life imprisonment. Christian has also successfully fought to have evidence excluded prior to trial for violations of his clients’ Constitutional rights, leading to complete dismissal without trial.
