"Mr. Powers is fantastic. He went absolutely above and beyond in my case to have it settled months ahead of schedule, even before my first appearance in court, which was a critical time crunch for me. Without Bill's patience and knowledge of the legal process, my current situation would be very different. Thanks to him, my charge was dismissed early and is set for an automatic expunction; I faced no trouble with university admission and should be in the clear for a study abroad application. I cannot express how grateful I am for his help and I will absolutely be returning to the Powers Law Firm if any other legal matters arise in the future."

"I recently had a string of bad luck or should I say poor decisions that landed me wondering how was I going to keep my job, license and home. Once I was released from jail the very next day I did google searches on best law firm in Charlotte in a scramble to get things in order. I found a few but none of them compared to Powers Law firm so i decided that was the direction I wanted to go. The flat rate fair pricing was hard to say no to because I was told others were going to charge double. During the entire process I was informed on what to do and when I needed to be at court. At one point I was thinking I only had 10% chance of a good outcome. With the guidance of Powers Law firm I couldn’t ask for any better outcome. After 1.5 years all charges got dropped and life is back to normal. I still learned my lesson and will never forget the stress, cost and mistake I made. I highly recommend Powers Law firm especially when you think there is no chance. With the pros on your side you have a winning chance! Thank you again to the Powers Law firm!!!"

"Had my first experience as a defendant in court and the whole staff at Powers were very supportive and kept me informed the whole way through. The result was exactly what I asked for so kudos to the whole Powers team I think I worked with a good portion of the team. Bill and another team member stayed with me after court until all my fines were paid and I received a court order to help me out I would have been lost without their support."
