I am a client focused attorney licensed to practice law in Virginia, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I am an advocate, counselor and defender for my clients and I work to achieve the best results for the individuals who entrust their case in my hands. I began my legal career in New Jersey where I served as a Deputy Attorney General for several years; specializing in the area of child protection. After moving to the D.C. metro area I continued my legal career in Washington, D.C. where I worked on large scale litigation matters for various law firms in the city. "When I called Ms. Pervaiz I was in a very bad spot. I had kids at home to take care and a very demanding job. I needed a lawyer who would take care of everything without me having to worry. Ms. Pervaiz and her team were amazing. Ms Fayrouz worked very hard on my case and I could not have asked for better results . She always kept me up to date and always steered the case in the right direction. The whole team was always very responsive and available to anwser any questions by a phone call or their secured client portal which also made everything so much easier. Pervaiz and Harley were great, i can not thank them enough."

"I originally booked a consultation last year with Pervaiz to discuss my options since I was going through divorce. I didn't have enough info for her during my 1 hour consultation so she cut my session short. So I ended up having a credit for 150$ from the 300$ hour consultation. After I finalized my divorce amicably with my ex, I decided to reach out to schedule a consultation to write a Will. No Money was collected for this appointment, I just reminded them I had the credit still in my account and they confirmed. I called and emailed the day of my appointment to let them know I had a 103 fever and that I was very sick and I am not able to discuss anything related to a "Will". I mean how could you? With a high fever!! This is a serious topic and you need you full brain capacity to do so!! Pervaiz refused to reschedule my appointment and they told me if I do not call at my appointment time that they will not allow me to reschedule. I was diagnosed with the flu and pneumonia and they can clearly tell I am not making my sickness up from the way I was coughing. I offered to send a doctor's note however she just decided to take the credit I have left with them instead of being empathetic with my situation! This clearly shows you that she doesn't care about people! And she just knew I had a credit and took it! Sickness happens and this unpredictable. I will not recommend her to anyone especially after what happened to me!"
