"After having one of the worst law firms in buffalo which he didn't do anything. I made the change to Berzer and Wolf. She came with very high recommondation from a judge and a friend. I am so grateful that I did. She handled my case with expertise and professionalism. She actually listened and understand what I've been going through to get my divorce done and over with. I can't say enough about her, she was wonderful to work with kept me informed via email, text and phone calls. She is power house 💪. So look no further if you want resolution fast and quickly to get on with your life. 😊"

"Paul Wolf is a thief! I hired him at $500 for an open family court support case and then gave him $2,000 upfront for a custody case I was considering filing as well. He had agreed that if I didn't choose to file it would be returned. After one support hearing I realized that he was unprepared, incompetent, wasn't doing anything positive for me, and I felt I could yield better results on my own, so I fired him an I didnt want to retain him for any further hearings. I didnt give him much notice so he showed up to the 2nd support hearing anyways which I suppose was fine even though he did nothing positive for me that time either. That should have been the end of it and the $2,000 should have been returned for custody case that I chose not to file a petition for. Instead he sent me receipt/bill with these hugely inflated prices saying that the total $2,500 had been used up on that one support case.. He went to court 2 times, that was it, just 2 times! And charged me $2,500! On top of that I had all my paperwork any files organized for him ahead of time so he didn't even have to spend any time obtaining any additional info and preparation for the case was bare minimum. When he wrote me the receipt for the retainer instead for making two separate ones, one for $500 (support case) and another for $2,000 (custody case) he just gave me one total one for $2,500 so I couldn't even argue with them to get my money returned. I thought he was an honest person and took his word that both cases would be treated as two separate cases and my $2,000 would be returned if I chose not to file a custody petition. That was obviously an extremely costly mistake on my part! His final receipt to me was listed as: Open file: $78 Review documents: $130 Court appearance: $208 Travel to and from court (discounted): $130 Draft petition: $130 Bank service charge: $81.25 E-mail to client: $26 Letter to client: $52 Legal research: $520 Prepare for court hearing: $520 Court appearance: $312 Travel to and from court (discounted): $260 Receipt/review signed order from court letter to client: $104 Oh and it gets better.. It said I still owe him $51.25 due within 10 days. He hasn't sent me an additional bill for it though, so I guess he's letting me slide on that. THANKS PAUL!"
