"Elaine and her staff are absolutely amazing. The kids love coming to see her, and afterward, you can see a difference. She has been extremely helpful for my girls throughout the most traumatic time of their life. I highly recommend if you are looking for someone to actually listen and help your kids feel better and really emotionally help them ask for Elaine"

"Sent my daughter's here after speaking with Dr Ketering myself to address my reasons for sending them to counseling. She reassured me that she would address my concerns and not lead them in a direction that I wasn't ok with. After a few sessions my daughter's informed me that the sessions were not what I had asked for and she was dying the exact opposite of what i asked for to my minor children. She was also speaking more about her personal life instead of counseling them,.according to them. They both said she did most of the talking about her own problems with her own daughter. Then after they stopped going to her we were leaving a local restaurant and she stopped my daughter and asked her to do a positive Google review because her own daughter was leaving negative reviews and tarnishing her reputation. Completely unprofessional and I'm not satisfied with the care they received. I do not recommend."

"Elaine is both professional and caring in her approach to handling her clients. When in her office you feel as if you are part of the family. A person could not ask for a better therapist than Elaine."
