"York Co Courts / Pick Another - No Legal Representation, Non Existent Case Drawn out for Years! As long as you don't need actual legal representation, but rather an attorney who will allow York County courts to drag out a known false felony claim, ZERO EVIDENCE, No Wittnesses & One Question at Prelim from Mr. Ware very simply would have dismissed the case, however that's not his style. Mr. Ware claims this is when he listens, gathers information, but @ who's expense & to who's gain? This is when you'd anticipate an attorney to see the VERY CLEAR CRACKS IN THE CASE, LACK OF ANY EVIDENCE, as his ient had told him it was a false claim. My understanding is @ this point your attorney can ask questions of the witnesses brought forth by the Commonwealth Attorney which would've proven to the Judge there's no vase to proceed with, to certify to the circuit courts. The police officer who'd taken the report admitted that the parties were clearly not telling similar stories when they came together to press charges, one attempted to back out when earned by the officer that pressing false felony charges was a punishible felony offence. Of course York County Commonwealth Attorney nor the Judge care about that side, they only seek to destroy the poor soles life they choose to take over two years away from, trying to force people to lie on the stand for them, even when told NO! WHAT MORE NEEDED TO BE HEARD? I COULD'VE DEFENDED MYSELF MORE EFFECTIVELY THAN MR. WARE CARED TO. QUESTION & FAULT in this case & others, falls not only w/ Mr. Ware, but EQUALLY with the YORK COUNTY SYSTEM! the York County Police Force, Court System & the worst of them all York County Judges who if I understand are to unbiasedly here what's presented when making his determination to the facts & if there's even a case to carry forward at all. Clearly I underestimated the connections between the Attorneys we hire, the Commonwealth of York County, various Judges (no names but shouldn't a judge refuse himself if he's not only a personal family friend, but also has previously been your employer). So, to Mr. Ware, if you don't mind loosing several years of your life to what ultimately amounted to nothing more than the destruction of your mental & emotional well-being, rendering you unable to even feel safe to leave your home should you live in the County of York in the State of Virginia, thereby rendering you unable to earn an income? It goes so much deeper, beyond what is even IMAGINABLE. You're left with such liitle hope, 4 years later, I'm still fighting to regain some similance of a life worth living. I've begun to lose that hope for my life, but perhaps this will help the next poor victim before they fall prey to all that you'd never believe possible in what I always thought was such a safe place to live, sorrowfully I've found out that the York County Law Enforcement , York County Courts & Mr. Ware's intentions were never to do anything other than destroy my life, which it seems they've fairly well succeeded at. Any good attorney would've immediately turned around and pursued charges against the individuals involved, the court system as well as the sitting Judge as I've easily found Supreme Court Cases where what was done to me was clearly a violation of my rights, in every aspect! But, w/ Mr. Ware, who'll tell you all he has, appears he's happy to make his money the easy way, from the victims of York County & their persecution of innocent citizens!"
