"My divorce had been finalized for over a year, but the lawyer for my ex had not completed the quadro requirements to transfer money out of my account and into her’s. This was assigned by the court for them to complete this within the first month; now my ex wanted me to pay the interest she had lost during this year delay. Of course I felt this was unfair and this stressed me. I checked with friends and was referred to the law office of, Cathy R Cook, Attorney at Law. I called and was fortunate to immediately be able to speak with their paralegal who was amazing. He was very knowledgable and was able to give me advice on how to respond to my ex’s lawyer in the hopes of dissuading them from further action. A short time later, I did have to proceed with assistance from one of Cathy Cook’s lawyers. Again, the help I received really helped me by relieving my stress. I couldn’t have done it without them; the court system is just too complicated; but I was very happy to achieve a positive outcome. A favorable decision for me by the court.
