Criminal Defense Attorney Casey Krizman is a former Public Defender and also worked for the District Attorney. Mr. Krizman’s unique experience allows him to prepare individualized defenses from every angle. He fights for your rights from the first meeting until your case is finished. He combs through the evidence, attacks the prosecution’s case, and sees to the details before, during, and after the courtroom. A Colorado native, Mr. Krizman graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where he was a member of the school’s prestigious National Trial Team. He received his bachelor’s degree in Government and World Affairs from the University of Tampa. In his free time, Mr. Krizman competes as an endurance runner and coaches trial advocacy for a Denver-area high school. Prior to being admitted to the Colorado Bar, Mr. Krizman clerked for renowned defense attorneys Michael S. Axt and Randy C. Canney. "I just wanted to say thank you to Casey and the entire staff at Kritzman. When I reached out to Casey (at the recommendation of my previous lawyer who botched my case) I was holding on by a thread mentally. We all know the justice system is broken beyond repair, and what I was going through was unimaginable. You never think something like this is going to happen to you. After going through two different lawyers, I was very hesitant and had all but given up hope anyone was going to be able to help me. Casey called me back and within 5 minutes of our almost hour long call, I felt for once maybe someone would have my back. My feeling was correct. Casey talked me off a ledge literally. He took the time to listen and understand that just because a woman and the state tells and makes you feel like you’re worthless you are not. Casey is a good man in a world gone so sour it amazes me. Not only did he look out for me personally he was a pit bull in the court room. He took the time to talk with me and prepare me for any and all possibilities with my case. With his guidance I was able to navigate my way through my case with minimal damage in spite of every effort of the “victim” to bury me in every way possible.
