"Carols legal expertise regarding many matters,(including the IRS)….is unparalleled. Based on my own experience with many difficult & trying matters. I would highly recommend her to anyone fighting for justice (in a federal or legal matter) You will not find a stronger attorney or advocate that will fight for you. Her tenacity, experience, knowledge & understanding of complicated legal matters sets her apart from others in the legal profession. She will not only fight for you but IMO she will likely win. But no matter how difficult your case is….her fees are reasonable & money well spent. I strongly disagree with the previous review that she would overcharge anyone. "My husband and I used Carol for 2 separate matters. One of them taking on a large car manufacturer who wouldn't abide by Ohio lemon laws. It wasn't a speedy process, but rarely legal matters are. We got to a very reasonable settlement and we're very happy with the final result."

"Carol helped me gain custody back of my two boys. Her and I had our ups and downs.. a case like that can be stressful for anyone even your attorney but she went through a lot of hoops for me and travelled long distances to help me get my boys. I gave her a hard time when I would get impatient but she never dropped me or gave up. She didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. Carol Szczepanik is not your average attorney but that's just what you need sometimes!"
