"Took my money and NEVER did anything with my case, she has never returned numerous calls, emails or messages and has yet to return my money for a job she never did. AVOID AT ALL COST, she is the reason attorneys have a bad reputation."

"We paid Carol the $850 retainer when we were going through our adoption process and then she never showed up to court and never answered our calls and she kept the $850. I understand that we signed something that said the fee was non-refundable but I really expected that we would have got something/anything other than that initial meeting out of it. I highly recommend Attorney Lydia Caylor of Cors Bassett - she was able get our adoption finalized AND she did our estate planning."
