"They are cold. This attorney exploits clients’ financial hardship and emotional vulnerability with excessive fees and no clear guidance. I contacted this office for help with a serious traffic citation and clearly explained my financial situation. I was quoted $750 for representation — higher than other local attorneys — and was told that if I needed a payment plan, it would cost an additional $250. I received no clarity on what results might be achieved, no reassurance, and the tone felt cold and transactional. I later found another experienced attorney who offered to represent me for $650, was far more empathetic, and clearly explained the process and better potential outcomes. I left this interaction feeling more stressed than before. My experience was disappointing, and I do not recommend this office to those seeking understanding or transparent legal support during a vulnerable time."
