"After 4 years of requesting my file back, as she holds original Orders pertaining to my custody case, I finally sent correspondence to the Nassau County Bar Association. In addition to not receiving the remainder of my retainer, a copy of my file and/or my original Orders back, when her firm did "show up" her associate stunk strongly of cigarette and had an extremely unprofessional demeanor. I wouldn't use her firms service even if it were free. The most unprofessional firm I've experienced and I've worked in the legal field for over 20 years."
