"Unfortunately, my experience with jiwa was far from what I had hoped for. I had high expectations given their reputation, but the reality of working with them was quite disappointing. From the outset, I felt the communication was lacking. There were long delays between responses, and when I did receive a reply, it often felt rushed or not fully addressed my questions. It became increasingly difficult to get the clarity I needed to move forward with my legal matters. The sessions were far from what I expected in terms of depth. While the advice was surface-level, it felt like jiwa wasn’t fully invested in understanding the nuances of my situation. Their explanations were often vague, and I left many meetings still confused about next steps. Another major concern was their unprofessionalism in handling my case. The work seemed disorganized, and I was constantly having to follow up to ensure things were progressing. As someone who values timely, detailed, and structured legal advice, this lack of attention was frustrating. The most concerning aspect, however, was that despite paying for their services, I didn’t feel like I was getting the value I expected. I had hoped for a more personalized and thorough approach to my legal coaching, but instead, it felt more like I was just another case in a long list. Ultimately, I decided to seek assistance elsewhere, as I felt my time and money would be better spent with a more reliable and committed professional. I regret that I didn’t receive the service I anticipated, and I would not recommend jiwa for legal coaching. If you’re looking for clear, responsive, and organized legal coaching, I suggest looking elsewhere"

"I don’t think a simple google review can capture how incredible Parisa is as a lawyer and as a person. My case was difficult and extended beyond a simple A-B breach of the law. It was convoluted, belligerent, and confrontational. Parisa stood through personal slander, insults, and unnecessarily hostile reviews from the opposing party without wavering. Not once did Parisa hesitate to stand up for me and what I believed. She fought for me when it seemed impossible to fight for myself, and she did it in a way that made me feel human when the other party tried to make me feel less-than. Beyond her compassion, Parisa holds an incredible wealth of knowledge outside of Alberta law. She referred me to a third-party governing body that had an impact on the case and guided me through that process outside of the RTDRS. She also researched national and international law relevant to my dispute. I learned so much from her! Unfortunately the outcome wasn’t what I hoped for, but it’s clear that none of that is Parisa’s fault. There were greater things at play. But her first instinct upon the judgment wasn’t to move on, it was to provide more tangible ways to follow-up and face what I stood for even with how disheartening the outcome was. I will forever remain grateful and forever impressed with her. Thank you, Parisa."
