"I don’t write review but this is the worst service I’ve ever received. I would like to warn and share our horrible experiences so you can really consider if you want to hire them. I understand that the outcome is not always what we expect. It has been TEN MONTHS, we have made no progress after paying $20,0000. After 10 months and paying $20,0000, - We did not have a court date for readjusting child support - Horrible/no legal advice - Ms. Champagne-Wees suggested us to settle which failed to work 3 times - No answer or response for days - Ignore emails, messages and calls - Does not provide update regarding our case. We have to message, email or call every time for an update They don’t try to work with you when you are unhappy with their service. They will just abandon you. (2025-07-18) To your response: This is not a fake account. Cabinet Gelber Liverman, please kindly reference my name to the transactions. I am not able to show proof of the transactions because the review was flagged but I made those payments. As I stated previously in my review, “I understand that the outcome is not always what we expect”, I am simply giving a review to the service we received. This has been extremely draining, financially and emotionally. We have never experienced a professional service that is this unsupportive and unfriendly to their clients. We deeply regret choosing such heartless and unemphatic firm. (2025-07-10) Original response from owner in English This is unfortunately a person who seems to be going through some issues. Indeed, after we confirmed that we would no longer act for him, he made a complaint at the Barreau du Québec, which was investigated and found to be entirely without basis. Following the Barreau's confirmation to him, he then, under his own name left a negative review on Google. He now has sent a second complaint, and this time under a fake name."

"I hired Luise on the day of my birthday when I finally worked up the courage to file for divorce. I had used some legal tools provided by the government in a do-it-yourself tool from Quebec and it generated a document full of mistakes. Luise took the time to go over it, answer my messages and make sure everything was done correctly before I filed. Truth be told I was not the most diligent of clients. Took a long time to get things done and even texted her a full year after I hired her still asking for more information, which she cleared up for me. It was a pleasure to work with somebody who shows so much goodwill. I hope you never get divorced, but if you do, I'd recommend Luise."
