"DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM! I spent $10,000 with this firm all for a case they knew wasn't going to work. They also don't seem to know the law and filed motions that had unlawful asks in it. I didn't find out the issues until the opposing counsel pointed out we didn't even come close to having a case. When i asked my team why they filed anything knowing it wouldn't win, their respose was "i'm not sure why it was done that way". Are you kidding me?? Their communication is HORRIBLE and i've been fighting with them for months now trying to get my money back. I have to email and call upwards of 10 times before anyone will respond to me with vague "we're working on it" responses. Terrible firm, terrible customer service, terrible people for putting me in 10k worth of debt in an obviously unethical acceptance of my case! I am reporting them to the Bar association as well!"

"I believe the law firm I hired is conducting fraudulent practices. I have paid over $5,000 within a single month. Despite this, my court hearing was rescheduled because my attorney, Mary Scherzer, failed to ensure the opposing party was served in time—yet she proceeded to charge me, fully aware of the imminent delay. No new evidence or legal progress has occurred; all information they possess is based solely on what I initially provided. Legal documents should not cost more than $5,000, and it is unacceptable for them to continuously request additional payment without delivering results. Now, after collecting significant fees, they are seeking to withdraw from the case—deserting the client after payment and without progress. I intend to file a grievance with the Texas State Bar regarding these unethical actions."
