"Very rude person. Trying to say conversations took place that couldn't have. Will start saying that "we are talking in circles". Well yeah, you didnt answer a question i asked so I asked again. Just wants you to give him money. Zero plan. Zero answering of questions. Very condescending as well. Doesnt want to answer questions but sure pushes the send money via Zelle. When I questioned a lawyers office using zelle. He response was "maybe should find a lawyers office that would make you feel more comfortable". When I mentioned how last week he hung up when I was asking questions in the free consultation, he stated that its a bad way to start a lawyer client relationship so he would have to decline."

"This office has the rudest staff that I’ve ever worked with. The law clerk was very short and he hung up on me. I can’t believe he works with Legal Shield."

"Mr. Bruce Lamb is the most rude person to be an attorney and get paid from my work legal plan. He was rude and short with me on the phone. Hung up quickly. I was a little excited anxious and he was SOOO RUDE TO ME. I apologized to him for talking fast. He has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE."

"Every time I called the office, I was cut short during the conversation and at one point the office hung up on me. They kept asking me to call back later and that Mr. Lamb was ill with an eye infection so was missing in action. Instead of referring me back to my MetLife legal, they kept me hanging. The told me to call Mr Bruce back- “don’t worry if he doesn’t pickup the phone right away, just keep calling him back,” the office said. Every time I called, the call went to a full voice mail. Ultimately, he was a no show for my court case because I couldn’t get in touch with him. This falls back on MetLife legal at the end of the day. Would avoid if possible"
