"I hired Branch Law Firm to handle my divorce. My ex-wife and I are on pretty amicable terms, meaning there was no need to duke anything out in court. Because of this, I can't comment on how they operate inside the courtroom. Christa, Deborah and John were the ones I dealt with the most on the phone and via email. I have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism, candor and knowledge. However, like other reviews have said, things do take a while. This partially falls on me getting some documents and information to them; however, I started this process in (I believe) August of 2024 and my divorce was just now finalized in May 2025. Other reviews here talk about not being able to get a hold of the firm, but that wasn't my experience. Whenever I would call, if Christa wasn't in, I'd get a call back the next day or the day after. Deborah or John would always pick up the phone when I called. I will say I never had an emergency where I needed my lawyer to be there right away, so your milage may vary. Overall, I had a positive experience working with them. I would recommend them if someone I knew was going through a divorce with the caveat that it could take longer."

"Absolutely horrible experience! Simple child support termination request case. Waited 7 months and couldn’t even get a court date on the calendar. All my requests for updates went ignored. Paid $1200 to accomplish nothing, complete waste of money and time. This is a money trap 100%. I would never recommend this law firm to my worst enemy. Do not use this law firm!!!"

"Worst experience. Simple divorce, no disputes whatsoever. $8000 later and a year later and nothing has happened. My husbands lawyer only charged him $1200 over this same period. They had no explanation for the discrepancy. Communication is horrible, they won’t reply to emails and don’t expect updates about the case. I’m in the process of firing them but even that is difficult because they don’t communicate."

"**DO NOT** hire this Law Firm, they are thieves, they lie lie lie to get you to retain them using the fakest sympathy for your divorce issues and later continue to lie and rob you. My attorney Brooke Irey from this firm refused to represent me claiming I agreed to her withdrawal, however a judge has never approved that withdrawal. She got me locked out of my home that I have exclusive rights to until it sells. She risked mine and my sons lives to date by not writing up and delivering the judges orders Overall sneaky grimy shady business. All this because 7500.00 was not enought to write up a judges court order from 07/2023 according to her. That was not part of the 75000.00 She got me locked out of my home that I have exclusive rights to until it sells. I will be pressing Tresspassing charges on all parties involved."
