"Had to give it one star to write the review. This place must delete the bad reviews, because there is no way that people love this location. First off they are under staffed, you will wait for hours to talk to anyone, and that is after you have to fill out forms for what you need. Just like the one in Odessa, Tx. this place will try to get you scheduled months out and will not communicate to you as to why you can not just file paperwork without having to wait months to do so."

"Perhaps the most friendly service with which I've ever been met, as far as public offices go. My inquiry and issue were both resolved in a timely and efficient manner. I am a fan of what they have going on at the District Clerk's office in Midland."
