About:
Having had personal experience growing up as a child in a divided home, Brooke brings an essential element of understanding and compassion to Family Law. Her passion is helping people not only walk through the landmines inherent with legal actions, but to actually thrive in the process. No battle is too massive and she is not intimidated by any adversary and will handle legal cases with the utmost honesty and integrity, using her gifts of research, investigation and persuasive speech to dismantle any inequities against her clients. Brooke has the gift of making even her enemies live at peace with her as she has incorporated the adage of drawing more flies with honey than vinegar a part of her life. Brooke makes you feel like the only person in the room, even if you are in a crowd of hundreds. Her calm, confident demeanor will embolden and soothe clients immersed in anxiety causing situations. If you have concerns about your case, she will always take the time to talk to you and give you an honest assessment of where things stand. She is here to listen, provide advice, and fight for you. She has never met an opponent she hasn’t felt comfortable standing up to. Prior to coming to Yakima Law, Brooke defended over a thousand criminal cases. She has argued motions and gone to trial several times, garnering positive outcomes in the proceedings. Brooke transitioned to helping families because she finds it fulfilling to empower those facing family crises. Brooke was born and raised in Central Washington. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters as well as their two dogs. One of her favorite activities is going to breweries where she can sit outside and listen to music while laughing with her husband and friends.

"Jodi and Claudia are absolutely the best. They helped my husband apply for Legal Permanent Status, then they helped him become a US Citizen. They also helped my mom become a Legal Permanent Resident in less than a year! My mom had seen 5 different attorneys and was told they couldn’t help her. When we went to Jodi and Claudia, my mom was not expecting much but when she was told she could become a LPR, we could not believe it. A few months later, my mom now has her green card. I only recommend Jodi and Claudia to my friends and family."

"Brooke, I must say, you are a wonderful and lovely individual. You are a rare jewel, not only in the world of the legal system and of attorney's, however, as a real friend also. Stephanie, and all your office staff reflect, and radiate all these same, wonderful qualities also. Please, always know how valued and a comfort to others, you and your staff truly are to others. You helped give me peace. The quiet in the storm. And so, please continue to hold these precious qualities within you, near and dear to your hearts. I am so thankful I was led to you and your law firm. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for understanding me, believing in me, and validating me. God bless, Rhonda H."
