Between high school and college, Brian served as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, completing his mission in Montreal, Quebec. He not only became fluent in French during his mission, he found greater strength and support in his faith and developed a love of volunteering that continues today with organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America.
