"I had a consultation with Colby Berry and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. He showed up 20 minutes late to the scheduled appointment and his demeanor throughout was rude, short, and dismissive. It felt like he was annoyed just speaking to me. Within two minutes, he stopped offering any real legal insight and made it very clear he had no interest in thoroughly discussing next steps. I tried to steer the conversation by asking questions and even suggesting possible legal options myself, but his responses remained cold and unhelpful. When I asked how I could move forward and start the retainer process — because this is an urgent family court matter — he vaguely stated he would "handle it," yet I have received zero follow-up since then. This left me feeling confused, disregarded, and honestly panicked given the time-sensitive nature of my case. Looking back, I wish I had listened to the other negative reviews warning of his unprofessionalism. By the 13-minute mark, it was clear he wanted the call to end. I had to thank him and end it myself because the level of disinterest was unacceptable. This consultation left me feeling more stressed and unsupported than before. In my opinion, Colby Berry is not someone you want to trust with your family or your future — especially not if your case requires urgency, empathy, or professionalism."
