"Daniel B. Hess Jr. (opposing counsel) is an active participant in keeping my children in a harmful and unstable situation. He has fought to silence me as a protective parent, blocked critical evidence, and filed motions that removed my ability to be heard before drastic decisions were made — including letting my children be relocated out of state without a proper Denovo hearing. These tactics are now under appeal due to serious due process violations. In my view, he has enabled an environment where the children’s well-being is a secondary concern, and where courtroom strategy comes before child safety. He downplayed clear warning signs of abuse involving a third party, and instead contributed to painting a false and damaging narrative about me — a fit, present, LGBTQ+ mother fighting for her kids. Attorneys like Hess know exactly what they’re doing. They manipulate the court process to protect their client at all costs — even if it means exposing children to trauma. This is not speculation. It’s lived experience, and I have receipts….. RESPONSE BACK: Thank you for confirming that I was never your client — that makes your dismissive tone and involvement even more disturbing. This isn’t about “animosity.” It’s about accountability. What I witnessed was not simply a legal loss. It was the unraveling of my rights — and my children’s safety — through tactics that sidestepped due process, ignored critical evidence, and enabled further harm. You filed motions that silenced my voice and helped remove my children from the state without a proper de novo hearing. You stood by as they were uprooted multiple times — and now my children are moving again. Is that your version of “best interest”? You weren’t just opposing counsel — you were a gatekeeper to the truth. And you used that gate to block it. Attorneys are not immune to scrutiny simply because their misconduct is dressed in legal procedure. Weaponizing ex parte motions, misleading the court, and deflecting from documented abuse concerns — that’s not zealous advocacy. That’s complicity. If speaking out about that makes you uncomfortable, good. Silence in the face of injustice is not an option. You know everything I’m saying is true. This is about a legal system that protects itself while my children pay the price — and I’m done being quiet. The investigation is near. In fact, I’m filing it. I don’t fear the court’s petty $1,000 reserve made in false favor. Wait until you see the demand letters I’m sending and the civil rights claim I’m building. Because this is no longer just a custody battle — this is a civil rights movement. You know I have the funds — because I fire and hire at will. You know I have the support — you and your team have stalked my social media and seen the thousands backing my advocacy. And you know I have a movement — the nonprofit is named after me. I built this. And I’m not afraid to use it. You thought you knew me? SURPRISE. You never did. These are my children. What did you expect? That I’d sit back while you try to write me out of their lives with false narratives and procedural manipulation? Your lies don’t fit — not with my truth, and not with the evidence. Let’s talk publicly. ISN'T IT TRUE THAT IVE NEVER BEEN DEEMED UNFIT? I’ve done nothing but show up, pass every test, meet every requirement — and still, you fight me just to remain in my children’s lives. Fight me on phone calls when they live in another state. Omission… And don’t tell me it’s “just your job.” Because what kind of person makes a career out of fighting fit mothers for profit? What does it say about your judgment and your values that you actively contribute to keeping kids in harmful, unstable environments — while attacking the parent trying to protect them? I question your credibility. I question your humanity. And I will not stop until every wrong is made right. You know exactly what you’re doing. You choose lies because they benefit you. Here’s your Substantiated truth and you know, I have the paper trail! Jada Jones Founder, JADA – Join Advocate Defend Act JADAfights.org"
