"If you want someone who will show up to court and attempt to manipulate the facts for their client- This is the guy for you! If you want this manipulation to be called out by the judge, look no further Mr. Duce is your guy, but he wont stop there- he will do it AGAIN just to see what he can get away with, only to be called out by the judge a second time in a row! IF you want legal counsel who is sloppy and makes mistakes, files AFTER deadlines, and will try to cover their tracks with more manipulation, this is definitely the legal team for you. If you want someone who will drain your life savings, and then drop you only because the other party is beating you Pro Se, this is the best pick around! I watched this man attempt to slander me in court every which way he could, there was no merit to any claims brought against me and the manipulation is one that will make you vomit. His bad practices, laziness, and flat out slimey tactics will leave you (my ex) penny less. I went up against this man Pro Se and won- once he realized his tactics weren't working and he had drained my ex's bank account with terrible representation, he dropped my ex without notice. The ABSOLUTE WORST human."

"He and his team we're so professional. Even when my ex husband's gf showed up in my yard with he and me on the phone screaming at me to sign a "quick claim deed" that benefitted them. My only disappointment was letting it go to the mediator rather than the judge. Other than that he and his team we're fantastic. At the end of it was covid so I had to go there to get my "check" they slipped it out the door to me so I never really got to say thank you. So thank you Brian Duce and team. I appreciate everything you did to help me."

"I can’t say enough about Brian I have already recommended him to several family and friends. So much weight has been lifted off my shoulders. He got everything I asked for and more than I expected. I hope I don’t ever HAVE to use him agin but if I do it is worth every penny."

"I would not recommend Brian Duce to anyone. Wasted a lot of money and they wouldn’t even return my phone calls to complete my divorce/custody case. They do not care about you. Don’t waste your time and money."

"As a lawyer he leaves a lot to be desired. For each email to communicate something to me, he charged me $350, each call $350, finally, just for a first hearing that he attended, he charged me 9,370.00 and there were 3 more cuts to go. a simple divorce. I don’t recommend this attorney"
