"Well putting down a 2000$ retainer for my brother, I'll let you know the results and adjust my rating later 🤞🤞🤞 Now -5 STARS ☆☆☆☆☆- 7 Months later....(rewind to a week before accepting the DA's offer) Mr Bennet had told me and my brother that my brother was getting 2 years (with 285 days credit, with all charges running concurrent and have a spot with the Early Release Program). He told me "I did your brother a favor. This way he'll get help with his addiction and be able to go to treatment. So he'll be out in a little over 6 months." I agreed, ☆☆Money paid☆☆ (Fast Forward to present). After talking to my brother today. Mr Bennet told him, "you'll be out in July of 2025.... No Early Release Program, and BTW you owe me another $2,ooo for filling out a form(Furlong Form so he could be beside my mother as she died). His BIG PROMISES are all lies!! He charged me $2ooo for the deal my brother's Public Defender had got(PLUS HE SAT A EXTRA 6 MONTHS) because he got no time credited!! I know my brother did wrong and needs to pay for his crimes BUT HE ALSO NEEDS HELP. Mr Bennet said he'd get him to treatment for his addiction, he lied and failed. Just stick with your Public Defender AND SAVE YOUR MONEY$$$$$$$$!! OR JUST DONT BREAK THE LAW!!"
