"The woman who answered the phone was short and abrasive. The person who answers the phone is typically representative of how an agency, an organization, or a business appears to others. This wasn’t a first good glimpse into their law firm. Edit: That would be correct. I didn’t state that I have worked with this law firm. I called for legal direction and advice. The fact remains that I was hung up on. Yes, it was this law firm that I called."
