"Took my wife to the ER. She'd been throwing up past 3 days. Nothing they did help. They never tested her for flu, covid, or any other virus. They didn't treat her severe pain. This is the worst ER ever."

"I fell on my foot and I’ve been limping in major pain ever since. I go into the doctor & they take x-rays and never show me. The lady came and signed me out in my room so I didn’t even have to come back by them to sign out. They didn’t tell me what was wrong either they just prescribed me pain medication & put a boot on it. How can you just prescribe me medicine and not even tell me what the problem is.They said everything looked fine but never showed me the x-ray. Heard a lot of stories about how if your black they just think your going in for a doctors note & that’s exactly how I felt they treated me, could just be me but this was MY experience."

"I get very anxious before surgery, the staff, nurses and Dr's, including anesthesia made this experience more comfortable so I was less anxious. Thank you for that."

"I went in to the emergency room at 2 am last night for cramping in my stomach because I’m pregnant and wanted to make sure my baby was ok. I had been cramping for several hours I got in quick and the doctor came in (male) I explained what was going on and he did an ultra sound for 2 seconds and said the baby’s heart beat looked fine and pressed on my stomach 2 times. I had crampin in 1 spot and he didn’t press on that spot nor looked at that spot with the ultrasound. He said that it was most likely round ligament pain and when I asked him if that much pressure was normal and how to ease the pain he looked me in the face and goes I guess, Ive never had a baby. I was in the room for all of maybe 10 min. He was very short and rude and the appointment gave me no peace of mind. When he came back in he said that I seemed upset and when I tried to explain that I felt that he was rushing and not taking my concerns seriously he said then you can go to your doctor have a good night and walked out. This is my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect but I know that after last night I have lost faith in some doctors at auraura and that sucks because I have been seen by good doctors there before."

"Brent came highly referred to me. While I would have never expected to find my self in need of his services after a professional disagreement turned into a criminal accusation. Brent is a true professional in his field and goes out of his way to address his clients needs. If you find your self accused and in need of these services, Brent should be your first call. Can not say enough about how he navigated the legal system to ensure the truth finally came out."
