"Extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Do not hire this firm. I hired them because of the great reviews here — but after my experience, I’m convinced many of those reviews are fake. Their disorganization, delays, and lack of professionalism seriously compromised my case. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration — find a competent firm. Brent promised personal attention but handed me off to Arvin without explanation. Arvin and the paralegal, Marti, were consistently slow, careless, and patronizing. Marti asked me to provide a list of the opposing party’s bank accounts, then ignored the information when drafting discovery. When I questioned why it took over three weeks to prepare a basic production of documents — and why my list was excluded — she claimed they “tailor” everything and that listing account numbers wasn’t necessary, yet they ultimately included them anyway. They sent my outdated Income and Expense Declaration (IED) to opposing counsel and failed to include my updated IED when filing the Request for Order for attorney’s fees, causing the court to deny my RFO. Even worse, the firm does NOT proactively move your case forward. They only scramble to work on your case at the last minute before a hearing, leaving you unprepared. They also failed to provide clear instructions for my Preliminary Declaration of Disclosure, forcing me to redo it entirely with my new lawyer. Although they eventually credited me for some of their errors, the stress, lost time, and serious damage to my case are things they clearly did not care about. Now, because of their constant delays, I have to request a trial continuance — and if the court denies it, it could be deadly to my case."
