"Travis, I want to thank Jeffery for all of the great work. This is the first step in getting back to his life. He was given a chance to get into PTI. What essentially was an honest mistake going over the bridge to make a food delivery, he was stopped for speeding, and in the subsequent vehicle search he advised the officer he had a BB gun that was when the true magnitude of the LAW on the books took effect.
