Juvenile/Dependency, Family Law

About:

Our firm consists of strong female attorneys who work together as a team to serve our clients. I pride myself on my commitment to my clients and meeting their individual goals. We are an LGBTQIA+ inclusive firm. In my family law practice I handle all aspects of the field, with a particular focus on helping families grow through adoptions. My daily work involves managing cases related to divorce, custody, parenting plan modifications, and establishing paternity. I have extensive experience in all aspects of DCS removals and Dependency & Neglect proceedings both as a litigator and a Guardian Ad Litem for Tennessee children. In the realm of equine law, I manage a variety of issues including contract negotiations and drafting, trainer disputes, registration association hearings, Horse Protection Act litigation, and providing other necessary services to equine associations, trainers, and owners. Additionally, I assist businesses and individuals in collecting amounts owed to them. When I am not assisting my clients, I am working on our 50+ acre farm in Bedford County, Tennessee. My lifelong passion for horses, which began with owning, breeding, and showing them from a young age, naturally led me to develop a practice in equine law.

"I am very disappointed with the front desk staff at this pediatric office. On several occasions, I have walked in, greeted them politely, and received no acknowledgment in return. A simple “hello” is basic courtesy and goes a long way in making patients and their families feel welcome. It is disheartening to experience this repeatedly, and I truly hope it is not due to any form of bias. Regardless of the reason, professionalism and kindness should be consistent with every patient who walks through the door. Today ago 7th 2:50pm And it is actually the second time this happened"
