"I read the reviews before i moved in but i was in a pinch so i made sure to TAKE VIDEOS the second I pulled up in the driveway and documented and screenshot EVERY interaction. They were the worst company Ive ever rented from. They are irresponsible with other peoples property AT BEST. They said they were going to fix this and do that but no one did ANYTHING. The fence layed in the yard for a year, the house was freezing- but they did provide OLD HEATERS that plugged in. Its crazy that anyone would leave their property in these peoples hands. We will see how getting my deposit back works out. I left it cleaner than i got it (pubic hairs all over the bathroom gross! Pissy spots on the carpet. What a full on joke. Ill see you in court, i only want whats rightfully mine. I rented your spot, i paid my rent, i fulfilled my lease. Go somewhere else"

"We rented from them a while ago but honestly this is a really good place to rent from. From the reviews I’m not totally sure why everyone is hating on them but literally if you mind your own business and follow the rules then they leave you alone. Every time I had a complaint or anything they always fixed it as soon as they could. We lived in our apartment for 2 years then bought a house but really it’s a good rental company. I recommend."

"I rented from this company for about five years, they refuse to come and fix the mold in the walls and in the bathroom. They never came to evaluate when my neighbor's water heater broke and left standing water all in my hallways, kitchen and door ways. My bench was trashed and there was black mold under the carpet. The company refused to fix my air conditioner when it was 100° out when I had my child in side!!. There is so much more but people just be AWARE. when I moved out they charged me for all the mold and holes in the walls from the water. I have plenty of photos that they refused to view!! This place needs some deep help. The only good thing about them is the caretaker. Thank the good lord for him."

"Extremely poor communication from this place. There are a ton of red flags here. Including the crazy long responses the owner writes one very low google review."

"My dealings with Dena and the entire staff at Freedom have always been pleasant. They have a reasonable lease which clearly spells out expectations which everyone is held to. They are great at returning my calls promptly."
