"I pushed it to the house study during a divorce with a soldier / detective. I had asked him to leave to get help for PTSD and so I could heal. He had been through two terrible infantry deployments. And is now a police officer. Everything showed his disconnection, lack of empathy, inability to forgive. Him and the court only cared about assets. Nothing to do with moral law. I had no attorney. She was a guardian ad litem. DAIS said the statues for emotional abuse or not up to par. She purposely gave him to him knowing he made $90,000 and I only made about $50,000 because she did not like what I had to say.. that's okay I will get back up still with pain $700 a month. I begged for 2 years for a middle man between that man and I. For 10 years I had told him I felt like I was sitting on a concrete floor in the fetal position as he was staring at me through a glass. But because I didn't have an attorney for my own self she did not care to listen to my pleas. She really didn't read the emails, otherwise she would have known. judge Elkle made it clear that I'm not going to get anything I want and I will get screwed over because I don't have an attorney. I did not care about money or assets. I only cared about the 11-year-old. Ashley did not do her job to make sure that that child got what he needed. She allowed her own judgments and opinions to interfere. She had everything written up before the trial. The 9-5 trial. There was no point for the trail. They should have just handed the paper over to the judge and not wasted my day so I could have continued working. She had a distaste for me and she used her power. Her distaste came from me letting everyone in that courtroom know how the justice system is flawed. How the laws of man are proceeding higher than laws of the Lord in the courtroom. Despite it being written in the divorce decree that he needed screening and treatment for PTSD, he still has not done so, but that is not Ashley's problem, right? I believe it is. If she had just listened to what I was saying she would have understood the type of person he was. As my 11-year-old sits afraid to speak to his authoritative father and I finally found a loophole. I just needed a middle man. I begged and begged. I kept telling them I was not well communicating or near that man. Judge Trammell stated she would have approved my restraining order to heal for one year had it landed on her desk. Ashley, I will say the same thing that I said to his lawyer, don't forget to have your money when you die."
