"Would recommend Boris! I initially had questions regarding a civil case from another state and Boris took time to listen and educate me on how to handle these type of situations before I became his client. As his client, he made me feel less anxious over zoom and provided me and my family peace of mind when we met in person. My civil case spanned several months and Boris would email to keep me in the loop. Overall my case was dismissed anyways but it was super reassuring knowing I had Boris. Thanks!"

"Northern California: I highly recommend that you hire Attorney Boris Bindman. Boris is a bright, seasoned defense attorney with a good facility in the courts of the major counties of Northern California. I hired him in late February 2024. I was served with a RESTRAINING ORDER (TRO) in CIVIL court and pending Criminal charges in Superior court “SC”. They originated from the same incident, which was a dispute with neighbor. I was lucky enough to get a referral to Boris Bindman. Within 3 months, Boris counseled me effectively and helped me forge a path to resolution. This involved a settlement agreement being reached with the plaintiff, meeting and conferring to forge/amend this agreement in order to reach a resolution. Most importantly, the TRO was lifted and the CIVIL case dismissed by Memorial Day 2024. The essential and indispensable element was Boris’ patient, unstirred, pragmatic counsel in the Criminal case. His counsel showed me the path to resolution in the CIVIL case was based on the Criminal case. He provided the necessary expertise to file multiple motions for continuance in the CIVIL case, thereby allowing the Criminal case to take its course and lead. He then appeared in SC for me as counsel and motioned the court for “Judicial Diversion”. Ultimately I was granted JD, with an emphasis on counseling. I received no jail time, did not face trial, no community service and no monetary fines. Boris is a fantastic, smart, and insightful attorney whose experience and education that resolved this case for me in the most ideal fashion. As I mentioned at the beginning, this originated with a dispute with neighbor. The only way to reach a settlement in the CIVIL matter was via Judicial Diversion in the Criminal matter. I would not have been able to do this without an experienced lawyer like Boris Bindman. During these 3 months of 2024 (March --> May), I could not have had better LEGAL counsel. An arrest, being detained by LE, getting a notice on your door that you’ve been served with restraining orders; these are scary and disruptive things to everyday life. Boris Bindman is a highly effective Criminal defense attorney and I could not have asked for a better advocate or a smarter lawyer."
