"I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the Sangiovanni Marchetti Law office. My experience, like others have expressed here, has been nothing short of appalling, and I believe their actions constitute unethical and unprofessional conduct. From the outset, it became clear that the firm's primary concern was financial gain rather than providing effective legal representation. My retainer was depleted within 48 hours, and the bill was inflated with exorbitant charges for minimal work, including two letters riddled with grammatical errors and typos. When I questioned these errors, I was then charged for the phone call. Following my objections to their unethical billing practices, I received a further bill along with a letter terminating my representation. The letter stated that one of the attorneys, Sheila Tobin (who also provided a positive review here for this same firm she works for), did not practice the relevant area of law, and that Bianca was "too busy" with trials, despite being retained specifically for ongoing negotiations. Since then, they have failed to respond to my email requests for crucial case information, completely ignoring my case, and I am certain they have irreparably damaged my negotiation process with the entities they were paid to contact. They have failed to represent or defend my legal interests in any meaningful way. I strongly advise against using this firm and recommend seeking legal representation from a more competent and ethical law firm."

"The staff of this law firm is incompetent. They don’t protect their clients in court. The attorney are all looking for way to charge the client without providing a proper solution to the issue. As a pervious client I wouldn’t advise anyone to be presented by this law firm."

"I came to Ms. Sangiovanni with a post judgement issue in 2024. Prior to Ms. Bianca Sangiovanni, I had retained 3 attorneys, including my original divorce attorney. From the onset of my DIVORCE - MSA it was riddled with mistakes, unclear agreements and a blatant disregard of protecting my rights. This all leading to 8 years of unnecessary litigation. Bianca took on my case and hit the ground running. She and her KIND, EMPATHETIC and AVAILABLE staff were genuinely involved in the process of helping me. Unlike other attorneys, that I encountered, Bianca answers emails and or calls within 48 hours, if not sooner. That, in itself, was a welcomed change from all prior representation. Bianca handled everything with direct questions that lead to direct answers. This made the need for endless and growing attorney fees a thing of the past. Unfortunately, I am involved with an uncooperative, manipulative, deceitful and narcissistic ex that has crippled me for years. Bianca was/is not waivered by this. in fact, the behavior of our opposing litigant and his counsel had the opposite affect they hoped for. Ms. Sangiovanni and her team put a stop to this quickly. Never was I left to feel unprotected or this was all hopeless. Her representation with the post judgement issues was settled in 5 months! These same issues, that brought me to Bianca and handled by my prior attorney took 3.5 years and poorly handled!!! Prior to my representation with the Sangiovanni/Marchetti firm, T's were not crossed and I's not dotted, leading to consequences I was left to suffer. Ms. Sangiovanni is honest, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced (especially with difficult opposing litigants), dedicated to achieving what is in your best interest and diligent. This practice will get you results and in a timely manner. Reality is, no one wants to have overwhelming legal fees, and she feels the same. Bianca truly is a Professional Powerhouse. Like I previously mentioned, this has been 8 years of my being dragged through the system. I have no doubt, that if Bianca had been my attorney, from the beginning, things would have been much different. I strongly recommend Ms. Bianca Sangiovanni and anyone on her team, Sheila Tobin*, to everyone. My recommendation is not just because of the outcome they obtain but because of their approach to the process. How you get to the finish line matters as much as getting there. Whether you are divorcing, have most judgement issues, custody matters etc., The Sangiovanni Marchetti firm will handle you and your case with empathy and respect. Your case will not be viewed as an emotionless business transaction."
