"I cannot recommend Benjamin Herbst enough. This was my first ever experience in 45 years with any kind of legal issues and choosing a lawyer is not like choosing a restaurant. You only get one shot to get it right and this was a serious situation. I was incarcerated for 150 days in the worst place on the planet, Baltimore City. I was facing a possible felony and 20+ years in jail. I put my life in Ben’s hands and I was pleased with the outcome thanks to his knowledge and expertise navigating this. Every legal situation is different his personal attention and servitude was second to none. "If you are seeking experienced counsel, Ben is absolutely the right choice. I was in a desperate time crunch to find an attorney for my boyfriend and after contacting many law offices, it was clear Ben was the best fit. I never dealt with anyone other than him (no paralegals or bouncing between other attorneys in his office). He was a calm and knowledgeable voice of reason in what felt like an impossible situation. My boyfriend had no prior record and I had never dealt with anything like this so it was high anxiety to make sure we had someone we could trust. "I don’t know if there’s better attorney’s out there or not but I can tell you that he is the best hooman you can ask for. He never lies, gives falls hope or play games. No matter what goes on he would tell you the actual truth as every attorney should do to their clients. I was in such mess but he got me out of it.
