About:
Ben Weisbuch has dedicated his legal career to fighting for the civil rights of his clients in criminal courts. Over the last 15 years, Ben has handled hundreds of criminal matters involving DUI/OVI, drugs, guns, violent offenses, white collar crime and juvenile offenses. He is licensed in both Ohio and Massachusetts and has litigated in municipal, state and federal courts. Ben excels at courtroom advocacy, successfully handing dozens of trials in complex criminal cases. He distinguishes himself from other attorneys through his ability to boil complex problems into opportunities and solutions, empathize with his clients and provide aggressive but thoughtful defense. Ben earned his bachelor’s degree from New York University in 1995. He earned his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts in 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Ben completed a judicial clerkship for the Justices of the Superior Court. In 2003, Ben opened his own law firm in Boston, defending inner-city residents against felonies in municipal and state court. In 2005, Ben was elected as the youngest member of the Board of Alderman for City of Newton, Massachusetts. In 2009, Ben moved to Columbus to raise a family with his wife Miranda (a 2000 graduate of the Columbus School For Girls). Currently, Ben serves as a lay leader for the Columbus Jewish community. Ben is also the Chair of the After Action Planning Committee working closely with safety and security experts in the Columbus City Police Department, federal law enforcement agencies and Homeland Security. Ben and Miranda live in the Berwick area of Columbus with their two small children. In 2012, Ben earned a Master’s degree from the John Glenn School of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University. "Ben and Jameson advised and represented us during a real estate issue / new home construction against our builder. Their calm and very experienced guidance kept us sane during a very emotionally and financially stressful time, and they helped us successfully achieve our desired outcome. We would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again. It’s a relief to know I can call on them for a number of issues because the scope and breadth of the firm regarding real estate is wide and deep."

"Ben and his team were awesome. He was down to earth, good with giving the facts, explaining the law and going to bat for us. I’d recommend his office for any property dispute. While we hope we never have to go thru this again, I’d use Ben and his team if we did. Thank you."

"We were extremely happy with all the work that Ben did to help us get through our land dispute with our neighbor. It was a long fight and Ben helped us every step of the way! He was extremely accommodating with every step and explained everything we needed to know in detail. We would recommend the firm and Ben to anyone!"
