"Ms. Beatriz Pelayo Gracia was assigned to my minor child and then was transferred to Katherine Weaver. As an non custodial parent it was very difficult not be able to see your child and as well their wellbeing. I couldn't even see how my child was doing during covid. I felt like they did not represent my child they represent the custodial parent. They made it difficult for me to obtain records where I still had legal custody of the child. My child is finally eighteen and still is not talking to me because she says that I didn't try to reach her however I did. If the courts every assign your child to Ms. Beatriz and her staff. Just beware. They will do little to nothing to grant you and child reunification. I also blame Pasadena City Court for how they handle my child case and how the promote parent alienation. It's disgusting that this is going on in family court. Children are not for profit."
