"I phoned this firm and couldn’t even finish a single sentence before being rudely interrupted multiple times by the woman on the other line. If this is how they handle inquiries, I can only imagine how they handle actual cases. I’ll never recommend them and will actively warn others."

"It is with a heavy heart that I write this review about Mark Ertel , when I first met him I really wanted to believe the raving reviews about him. Unfortunately his entire business plan (to get money from people) seems to be to tell people that "they have a great case" that "there is no prosecution case" and that "this will go away" so that people place trust in him and give them their money. He does this because if he win's the matter then he obviously seems like a genius but if he loses he doesn't care and shrugs his shoulders. I was repeatedly told by Mark that my appeal was 'great' and 'very strong'. For months Mark told me that I have a great appeal and he said he is "confident I'll win the appeal", but on the day of the appeal the matter was dismissed within 1 hour , if an appeal is dismissed on the same day then it never had any merit. What was more shocking to me was how unprepared he came that day he was stammering in court and shuffling through papers. I get that he has great reviews but my impression is that he has memorized a few lines from his years of experience and regurgitates them at will because he really did not have a good grasp of my case. I didn't notice red flags about him either , that he didn't take notes at all during the meetings and that he never read any of the documents and thoughts I sent him. He also doesn't like it if you ask him for any details about your matter or if you question him even slightly. Mark also has a practice of hanging up the phone on you. This review isn’t written out of spite, but out of empathy for others because I understand the devastation of being charged with a crime. Hopefully this review helps people evaluate Mark's professionalism and integrity , however I would strongly urge people to be careful when believing what Mark says."

"Mark Ertel and his entire staff were top tier outstanding. My case made national headlines but never once did I lose confidence in being acquitted; exclusively due to Mark’s knowledge of the law, his experience (which is an invaluable asset) and skills as a trial attorney. I am so grateful for his guidance and professionalism."
